What makes The Village Vet+ different?
Every Village Vet+ clinic is owned and operated by the vet who practises there. We believe veterinary medicine works best when it’s led by the people who practise it. We’re building a network of vet-owned, neighbourhood-rooted clinics where lasting relationships between a vet and a family are at the heart of care.
How does the associate ownership model work?
We partner with experienced veterinarians who want to own their own practice but don’t want to do it alone. We handle everything that isn’t medicine, including site selection, build out, equipment, marketing, finance, HR, and legal. You own and operate your clinic under the Village Vet+ brand, with full clinical autonomy.
Will I have clinical autonomy?
Yes. The vet who owns the clinic leads the medicine. Our associate owners practise with full clinical autonomy, while The Village Vet+ supports the work that happens outside the exam room.
